Help Us Make A Difference
ENCOURAGE
This supports the enrollment of new Littles by meeting with each child and family to better understand their interests, allowing staff to match them with a volunteer Big who is a strong fit.

INVEST
This supports the training and matching process for Bigs and Littles.
After a volunteer Big completes their application, screening, and training, they participate in a detailed interview to help our staff identify the best possible match.

This supports one year of monthly check-ins for each match.
A dedicated BBBS staff member provides guidance throughout the mentorship, with regular check-ins involving the Big, Little, and the Little’s family to help ensure a positive and successful relationship.
