Community-Based Program

What is it about?

The Community-Based setting allows for Bigs to spend time with Littles exploring parks, visiting museums, taking in sporting events, catching a movie together – any place that sounds like fun to you and your Little Brother or Sister.

The times and possibilities are up to you. We offer Community-Based opportunities in each of our nine counties.

The Results Don't Lie

Why be a BIG?

CHECK OUT HOW FUN HAVING A LITTLE IS

Do you have what it takes?

Are You 16 Years or Older?

Can you commit to your Little for 12 months?

Can you meet 2-4 times a month to have fun?

Our Littles deserve THE BEST.

Bigs must be 16 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license and be willing to commit to a long-term volunteer experience (minimum one-year, however, most friendships last much longer).

They must also do the following:

  • Complete the Volunteer Application Process

  • Work with a Case Manager to select a Little Brother or Little Sister

  • Meet consistently with your Little for at least 12 months
