Jill and Breanna

Jill and Breanna were matched in December 2009, when Breanna was in 4th grade. Breanna is the oldest of 4 children and the only girl, so she was very excited to have a Big Sister of her very own. She and Jill meet just about every week, and they do all kinds of activities, like going to Jill’s parent’s farm, swimming, playing board games, and doing craft projects. When Jill taught Breanna how to make a pot holder during one of their craft activities, Breanna was so excited she went home, taught her own siblings how to make them, and together they made about 20 pot holders! Jill, a local artist and teacher, always finds the time to spend with Breanna because their friendship means so much to both of them.
